Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.mayarstyle.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following products:

  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Products that have been customized or made to order
  • Products that are on sale or discounted

2. Refund Process
To request a refund or exchange, please email us at returns@mayarstyle.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

We will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is eligible for a refund or exchange, we will process the refund or exchange within 14 business days. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the full amount paid, including any applicable taxes, to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you are eligible for an exchange, we will exchange the product for a product of equal or lesser value. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged product to you.

3. Exchanges for Different Size or Color (Clothes and Abayas)
If you would like to exchange a cloth or abaya for a different size or color, please email us at returns@mayarstyle.com within 7 days of receipt, with your order number and the details of the exchange.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is eligible for an exchange, we will send you the exchanged product within 14 business days. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged product to you.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at returns@mayarstyle.com within 7 days of receipt, with a photo of the damaged or defective product and your order number. We will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Once we receive the damaged or defective product, we will process a refund or exchange, as appropriate, within 14 business days. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the full amount paid, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within 14 business days of us processing the refund, please check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm that the refund has not been processed.

6. Ear Rings 
At Mayar Style, we take hygiene and customer safety seriously. Therefore, we do not accept returns on ear rings due to hygiene issues, except in cases where there is a defect or damage to the product. We understand that this policy may be inconvenient for some customers, but it is in place to ensure that all of our customers receive new, unworn, and hygienic products.

 

If the refund has not been processed, please email us at returns@mayarstyle.com with your order number and the details of the refund. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, issue the refund.
